I was surprised when I noticed that I hadn't posted since last Tuesday. I have been exhausted this week. Haven't been getting enough sleep since I bought a few books at the flea market last Sat. and I've been paying for it. I slept so soundly last night I hardly moved all night. The covers were almost in the same place. Very unusual for me.
I might have mentioned that I needed to find a new place for us to rent by the middle of June. I haven't been worrying about it. Like I said before, I figured God knew what we needed, and when we needed it, and things would just fall into place.
Well, IT happened Thursday. I was running an errand for my mother at a post office I usually don't go to. As I was turning out of the driveway, I saw a house across the street with a sale sign and a "For Rent" sign.
I pulled into the drive and called the number. I set up an appointment for later that evening to view it. Weird thing is, I had been in that house before. The house directly behind it was the one Greg and I were planning on purchasing when he sold his. His never sold that first time around and so we didn't move.
One day when I was in the area, I noticed that the house up front was having an "open house" so I stopped in, out of curiosity, and decided that it was too small. Well, guess who will be moving into that house in May? Uh huh.
The kicker is...there is a church DIRECTLY across the street. How freaky is that? I now have no excuse to not be in church on Sundays...Ha! The post office is directly next to the church.
It's kinda funny when I think about it. God answered my prayer and very boldly reminded me where I needed to be on Sunday. He even gave me a way to get there. Shoe leather express! heh.
I'll talk more about the house later. I'm just not in the mood for all that. I will say that it's 4 bedrooms and about $400 cheaper than this 3 bedroom we're in now!
I was having a crappy week at work as far as sales go. I had a big goose egg for Sunday and Friday, but sold around $1000 Wednesday. Well, today I sold just under $10,000! I'm a happy camper. I have to work tomorrow and would be very happy with just half of that!
Thomas is going fishing with Greg tomorrow. His 5th grade class raised and released trout into a pond recently and tomorrow they're going trout fishing to the very same place. I wish I was going with them. It's been raining all night though and it will be muddy. Hmmm, maybe I'm glad I WON'T be there!
I have run out of things to say and need to get to bed.
later.

That kind of luck freaks me out. And before you say it, I know. It wasn't luck at all ;)
