Happy Thanksgiving...

Here's Jacob in his first thanksgiving outfit. He spent last night at my house. He doesn't like being away from home and was a bit fussy during the day but for the most part, I think he enjoyed the attention he received from everyone.

We spent the day at my brothers house. He loves to cook so the meal was delicious. When I walked into the kitchen, the oven light was on and the wings on the turkey were spread out like the bird was trying to fly away. He had turned the bird upside down to cook so the juices stayed in the breast meat. It worked. It was very juicy. I ate some which is unusual for me. I hate turkey. My favorite part of dinner was the cranberry sauce, but nothing beats the pumpkin roll. My sister-in-law makes them every year.

I've been thinking about my friend Kevin today. He has surgery today on his back. Hope things went well with that.

Gotta go, need sleep.
