Give me drugs...

5 days, two prescriptions and $80 later, my headache is gone. I was beginning to think it would never go away.

I'm an emotional mess. I've been crying off and on since last night. That's all I have to say about that.

Opening day for baseball was cancelled due to rain. Lots of rain. Thank God. I wasn't in the mood for 150 little boys running around yelling and throwing baseballs. They will play the scheduled games this week but they will have the ceremony next Saturday. Whoopie.

A few weeks ago, I dropped my 2 yr old digital camera at the petting zoo and broke it. Today we went shopping at Walmart I found a canon PowerShot A410 for $99. Woo hoo. I'm happy.

I also went to the computer store to drop off my laptop for repair and ended up purchasing a small modem card thingy instead. The dial up thing was busted and would cost too much to repair. I had received an estimate somewhere else of $75 and up and so when I paid $59.95 for this thing, I walked away happy. I am now typing this on my laptop. I haven't been able to use it for dial up in ages. I am in the mountains and can't get cable. Freakin rednecks.

I'm off to take a nap and try to sleep off this funk I'm in.
